AFTERMARKET

The aftermarket team handles everything from technical bulletin preparations for customers as well as production, complaints, technical support and spare part orders. We are looking for two people to strengthen our aftermarket team.

Technical support
We are adding a skilled and technically interested person to our aftermarket support team. In the role of Technical support, you maintain a constant dialogue with our partners around the world, to improve and develop our service. You disseminate information on solved problems, product updates and feel confident in communicating this in an educational way.
The Fors MW Technical Support also serves as a link from the field to various departments within the company with the aim of improving our products and developing best practice. When needed, the role, supports complaints as well as dealing with spare part orders.
The role as technical support involves also representing Fors MW in international trade shows.

We think that you have:
  • A technical education and/or background and a good technical understanding
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to push solutions forward
  • An analytical mind with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new products
  • The courage to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Good customer skills and high level of customer understanding
  • Good communication skills in both written and oral English
  • Additional language skills in German and/or French is a bonus
  • Previous work experience from technical support is a bonus

Complaints
The complaints of Fors MW deals with complaints, including administration and managing customer complaints – ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with in time and with professional manner.
The complaints are also involved in dealing with the spare part orders and the handling of such.  When needed the complains will support the market with technical support.
